New Ender-3 S1 Upgrade Kit:
Compatible with: Ender-3 S1 and Ender-3 S1 PRO

This kit is suitable for the upgrade of the line rail to replace the pulley movement of the original machine, which enables faster printing, higher precision and longer service life.

1.All the upgraded spare parts are precisely machined by CNC precision lathes, the process is mature and stable, and it is precisely matched with the original machine spare parts, and the installation is more convenient and simple

2. When the machine starts to wear out from the original pulley wheels and bearings, there are a few things you can do to get some improvements and possibly less headaches. The five line rails of the whole machine are upgraded, and the stable dual Z-axis upgrade scheme is not unfamiliar. The purpose is to enhance the Z-axis stability without losing the height of the Z-axis. Y-axis dual linear guides upgrade, better than the single-track version and the wheel moving system.

3. Line rail size:

X-axis: MGN9H-320mm *1

Y-axis: MGN9H-300mm *2

Z axis: MGN12H-330mm *2

The upgrade package needs to be used with line rails,it is recommended to use Hiwin linear guides

4. The X-axis profile of the original machine needs to be replaced, the fixing screw hole position is added, and the milling groove is added to adapt to the original machine X-axis belt adjustment. The accessories are closely matched with the original accessories, and the installation is simple.
