3.3 Order Cancellations: Once an order has been placed and processed, cancellations or modifications are only possible if the product has not yet been shipped or produced. Custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.

4.3 Risk of Loss: Once your order has been shipped, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages, but we will assist in resolving any issues with the carrier.

5.1 Return Policy: We accept returns on eligible products within  14 or 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Custom orders are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.
5.2 Refunds: Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs. Please note that refunds may take several business days to process.
5.3 Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
